This class is designed to get your body strong and in balance. Prior to the class participants will undergo muscle testing to get a baseline of where they are at. The class will then be customised to each individual so they can work on the area’s that need improvement. The sessions will involve a full body workout, including core and pelvic floor, hip strength and mobility, shoulder strength and mobility and overall balance.
Each week the classes will get progressively more challenging to ensure muscle endurance and strength is developed. At the end of the 10 weeks participants will be retested to see their results. There will be support and motivation provided as well as mini challenges and health hacks during the week.

There will be three challenge classes run from February:
Wednesday 7am - commences 5 February 2020
Thursday 7pm - commences 6 February 2020
Saturday 8am - commences 8 February 2020
