This class is designed to get your body strong and in balance. . The sessions will involve a full body workout, including core and pelvic floor, hip strength and mobility, shoulder strength and mobility and overall balance.

 Each week the classes will get progressively more challenging to ensure muscle endurance and strength is developed.  There will be support and motivation provided as well as mini challenges and health hacks during the week.

The challenge will be online and available from 14th April
